Governor-Elect Brian Kemp (R)

It is not yet certain whether current Secretary of State Brian Kemp will win outright, without a runoff. Whether now or in a runoff it is important to advocates of choices and changes in education that he be victorious. His strong support of local control, school choice and, in his words “putting students ahead of the status quo” stands in stark contrast to the failed status quo positions of his opponent.
