SABIS. SABIS International Charter School (SICS) in Springfield, MA is a shining example of why the Bay State must allow for more and greater parent power. The K-12 school, comprised of 71 percent minority students and 54 percent economically disadvantaged students, has a 98 percent proficiency rate in English and 92 percent in math.
