CER conceived of EdReformU to meet the growing demand for leaders in the education community who hold a commanding grasp of the education reform landscape, including its origins. EdReformU will equip education professionals, advocates, and parents with practical policy knowledge, information on what makes effective schools and teachers, and strategies to mobilize reform efforts, all made available on the CSLC members page.
With every year that goes by, more charter schools are opening their doors and boosting their enrollment across America. Because of such growth and success, charter schools are receiving closer attention and increased scrutiny.
The Center for Education Reform, through the Charter School Leaders Council (CSLC), is providing charter schools the tools and assistance to excel in media, policy, and community outreach activities. CER is also keeping charters up to speed on daily reform news and relevant policy proposals in their state so charters are well equipped to respond on the local, state, and national levels.
