Voucher Victory In Indiana

In a unanimous vote, the Indiana Supreme Court rules that the state's voucher program does not violate Indiana's constitution. The state's voucher program is hailed as one of the nation's most expansive, and currently serves over 9,000 students. The legislature is currently reviewing a proposal to expand the Choice Scholarship Program even further.
