Page 15, under "Bipartisan Support":

… among the governors who have signed such bills into law, 70% were Republican, and 30% were Democrats. Interestingly, however, Democrats, two to one over Republicans, have been at the helm when weak charter school bills (those unlikely to lead to significant charter school developments in a state) were passed and signed into law.

Page 16:

The Minnesota Governor's party should be "R" (Republican).
The Nevada Senate party should be "R" (Republican).
