Kevin Chavous, Distinguished Fellow
As a former Washington, D.C. City Council member and chair of its Education Committee, Kevin helped shepherd the charter school movement in the Nation's Capital and remains its leading advocate for expanding opportunities for children. As Distinguished Fellow at CER, he works with state leaders across the country to help provide support and guidance.
